Q. How far in advance should I schedule the transport of my vehicle?
A. We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. However, once we receive your order we can schedule your vehicle to be picked up within 72 hours.

Q. How do I prepare my vehicle?
A. Please have no more that 1/4 tank of fuel, additionally you should make sure your vehicle is prepared for changing weather conditions.

Q. What is an oversize fee?
A. Some vehicles are much larger than traditional passenger vehicles.  Most full size SUVs fit in to this category. Because of the extraordinary dimensions these vehicles take up the amount of space normally used for two vehicles. Thus resulting in the need of an “oversize” fee.

Q. Can I pack things in my vehicle?
A. Generally, we recommend that you do not ship any personal belongings inside your vehicle. However, a few small items packed in the trunk are acceptable.

Q. What if my vehicle drop-off or pick-up location is inaccessible to the truck?
A. Most auto transport trucks are quite large, up to 75 feet long and 14 feet tall. This sometimes makes it impossible to reach many residential areas. If that's the case with your auto move, your vehicle mover will attempt to get as close as possible to your delivery location. We can also arrange a convenient location, like a shopping center, to either pick up or deliver your vehicle.
